Energy Lab Review – Tuned into Water

For those new to energy work, subtle elements exist on an invisible energetic level beneath physical forms. I previously shared a practice to connect with the subtle energy of water. If you haven’t done the practice yet, you can find it here. The practice involves tuning into the different frequencies of different states of water and observing the sensations that arise.

Water has always held a strong pull for my intuitive senses. Its fluid qualities represent healing, emotional expression and flow. Opening to its energy through meditation is tool for self-discovery.

During my first sessions, I focused on channeling different states of water. Becoming a raindrop falling from the sky taught me water’s gentleness. As part of the ocean surf, I sensed its ebb and flow. Flowing within a river current showed me water’s constant yet calming movement.

These meditations revealed water’s effect on my physical form as well. As I welcomed its energy in, my body moved of its own accord. Joints loosened and danced in flowing patterns, tapping into a deep inner fluidity. It felt as if water’s essence was awakening long-dormant pathways in my structure.

This insight led me to experiment with fully embodying water’s movement through interpretive dance. Without music, I allowed the subtle undulations I sensed to manifest freely. Each session brought release and lightness to areas holding tension. My practice was becoming not just intuitive exploration, but gentle healing as well.

One state particularly caught my curiosity – frozen water. At first, an ice-like stillness descended during meditation. But then a deeper realization emerged as the freeze response in my nervous system was triggered and I needed to gently taw out.

Overall, opening to the energetic essence of water has enriched my understanding of its qualities and influence. I’m excited to share more discoveries as I delve deeper into subtle energies’ guidance for wholistic well-being.

I’d love to hear any feedback on your own experiences connecting to water. Please share how your practice has been going.
