About Anna

Anna is passionate about working with those who are ready, or are already on their own journey towards healing and wholeness. It takes courage to be willing to face the depths of our wounds and traumas, which have such an integral effect on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Through energy healing Anna is able to help clients release the energetic and emotional imprints from the cellular level through to the energy field and chakras. Helping to release and resolve disruptions in their energy system, clearing the way to move forward, opening the space to heal, create break-through’s and remove obstacles that get in the way of healing, to move towards wholeness and inner transformation.

We are all responsible for own healing, Anna’s role in this process is to support, assist and remove the burden of the “dead” energetic weight that accompanies our wounds and traumas. Clearing the space for clients to awaken and activate their inborn healing potential and align with the innate wisdom of the body, mind and spirit to heal.

Anna draws her experience both from her training, and through her own personal journey recovering from chronic illness, grief, loss and trauma. These have helped her develop deep insights into the healing process, and the obstacles we encounter on the healing and spiritual journey. Her training and experience includes:

  • Certification in Pranic Healing, Reiki 1,2,3, and Quantum Touch.
  • RYT 200 Yoga Teacher Certification in the lineage of Swami Sivananda Saraswati and Swami Vishnudevananda.
