Energy Lab Review – Subtle Air

Reflections on Connecting to Subtle Air

Welcome to another week in the Energy Lab blog! Last session we explored the subtle element of air. Now I’d like to reflect on my experiences to offer perspective as you consider your own insights.

When tuning into subtle air, I notice an overall lightness spread throughout my physical body. Focusing deeply on air’s essence within generates a gentle sense of expansion, as if my hands and form puff slightly outward.

Too much subtle air induces dizzy, spacey sensations – a reminder this delicate element is one I access less regularly. Its soft movements call me to consciously include air more in my practice going forward.

Beyond physical feeling, air attunes me to thought. My mental landscape appears to unwind outward through a whirling realm of ideas floating across my awareness. Observing subtle currents of thought fascinates me.

Please share any revelations that surfaced for you from connecting to air last session. Your developing feel for subtle energies within and around is the goal of these explorations. I hope reviewing my experiences provides perspective as you continue self-discovery through elementally engaging.

I’m curious how your intuitive senses deciphered this lively yet subtle composition.

Please feel welcome to drop me a line to share and ask any questions.
