As an RYT-200 Yoga teacher, in the lineage of Swami Sivananda Saraswati, Anna has taught Yoga since 2010. Anna teaches Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative and Chair Yoga classes. With a compassionate presence Anna aims to balance her classes with breath (pranayama), posture (asana), meditation and relaxation for a full yogic experience.
