Yoga is a complete science of life that can be practiced by anyone, of any age, race, creed or circumstance, it will benefit all. Classes aim to give you a little bit of a challenge while also being gentle, suitable for all levels, anything can be adapted to your needs. We’ll work with our bodies to create space. We’ll integrate sun salutations (surya namaskar), breath (pranayama), posture (asana), meditation, and relaxation for a full yogic experience.

Space is limited, get in touch to reserve your place.

Please bring a mat, and a blanket if you would like one for final relaxation.

Private Individual, Group or Corporate Classes

Are you looking for a yoga class to support your work environment? Would you like to reduce work-associated injuries such as low back pain, and reduce work loss due to stress and illness? Classes can be customized to the needs of your workplace from “industrial athletes” on their feet all day to “desk jockeys” in administration.

Or, are you interested in a private class with a couple of friends to improve your health and wellness? You can have a say in the intensity of the class, and what you would prefer to focus on in the privacy and comfort of your own home.
